Announcing the Ninth World Continuous Auditing and Reporting Symposium
Held at the 5 Star Hotel San Gorg St. George`s Bay, St. Julians, Malta
Friday 13th & Saturday 14th May 2005
The
two day event is sponsored and is presented
jointly by Malta University Services, the Faculty
of Economics Management and Accountancy at the University of Malta, Malta
Environment & Planning Authority, the
Information Systems Security Research
Group at the University of Kent,
England, and Rutgers University, New
Jersey, United States. The
Agenda will include two full day sessions of papers, panels and discussions from
researchers from around the World in commerce and academia. The
Agenda is currently being finalised and will be posted on this site
shortly. There will be a Gala dinner included in
the admission fee which has been set at €100 for all
delegates. Previous symposia have waved this fee but with increasing costs this
is no longer possible. There
may be a dress code for this
dinner and we will amend this page
accordingly once we know. The organisers are
also working on the provision of additional entertainment
which will be paid for by the delegates. There will be
buffet luncheons on each day with hot and cold refreshments available throughout
each day.
Accommodation has been reserved, at reduced rates for a limited time, at the five star Corinthia San Gorg Hotel, St.Julians, Malta. This is also the venue for the symposium.
